I just want to say I don’t normally leave any reviews. But It is so hard to find a good honest company in the Miami area. They were very upfront with me about any extra material cost that they couldn’t see before tearing off the roof. My roof was in really bad shape. I had a lot of termite damage from before and some rotten wood. Anyone else in Miami would’ve took me to the ringers. I just want to say thank you Frasier roofing for everything you’ve did for us and going the extra mile. Thank you Thank you Thank you !!! I know I have a solid sound roof now with nothing to worry about.. If I could give you six stars I would. Amazing work. I’m super happy with everything..
This was such a great experience! Eric came out to give me an estimate and they completed the work within a few days. The roof looks great! More importantly though, the leakage stopped! A few weeks later the roof was struck by lightning and we didn't know it. I texted Eric and he came out immediately when I asked about a new leak. He was so kind. It was a Saturday. He climbed up onto the two story townhouse and discovered the damage from the lightning strike. He patched it for me on the spot….on a SATURDAY!
Frasier Roofing was very prompt with their estimate of the work needed, the price was fair and very competitive. They had to come out twice for two coat and they were very prompt, clean and friendly.
