The job was done with no extra fees. It was a pleasure to see how quickly it moved from start to finish and how considerate the crew was of our comfort and convenience (perhaps because one of the job supervisors was a pleasant young lady.) The only surprise was that they painted more of the trim and stucco than the contract required. This was the third time I have had a new roof and by far the best from every aspect. Our building inspector told me the vent system was excellent. The clean up after the job was thorough.
